vegan corn bread

1 cup Indian head yellow corn meal


1 cup of flour


1/4 cup sugar


3 tsp of baking powder


1 tsp salt


1 cup milk vegan milk


2 tbs of bob red mill egg replacer plus 4 tbs of water mic let it sit for 1 min


1/4 cup of oil


1 In a bowl combine cornmeal flour sugar baking powder salt mix


2 Make your egg replacer 2 tbs spoon of bob red mill and 4 tbs of water mix let it sit for 1 min


3 add your vegan milk oil with your egg placer all dry mix all together until it comes out good


4 pour batter on the pan slowly


5 put the pan in oven and bake 20 to 25 mins 425 degrees


6 after the 20 or 25 take the pan out of the oven let it cool


7 eat with dinner and enjoy
