Chocolate Pudding Pie

Chocolate Pudding Pie Crust
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp allspice
8-10 small pitted dates (6 Medjool Dates)
Directions:
+Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend well
+You should be able to pinch the crust mixture and see it hold together
+Once the consistency is right add to a pie dish
+Press out mixture into a crust
Chocolate Pudding Pie Filling
Ingredients
3 cups roasted sweet potatoes (without the skins)
2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
6-10 pitted dates (sweeten to taste)
Directions:
+Place all ingredients in a blender
+Blend until well combined
(If the blender is having trouble add in 1 tablespoon of extra non-dairy milk at a time)
+Chocolate pudding pie filling should be thick consistency
+Add chocolate pudding pie filling over top of the pie crust
+Smooth out evenly
+Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving
