Carrot cake with Banana cream

My Carrot cake recipe😊😊

Ingredients: 1 cup grated carrot 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar 2 cups All Purpose flour 1 tablespoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup powdered Sugar 1/4 cup coconut oil/vegan butter 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract Almond milk(add in little amount if required to get cake batter consistency)

Process: 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease the cake pan with coconut oil/olive oil/vegan butter put this aside. 2. First put all dry ingredients in a bowl and give a nice mix, later add all liquid ingredients. wisk the cake batter without any lumps. 3. Pour the cake batter into the greased cake pan to bake. 4. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. 5. Take out the cake from oven, Now our coffee cake is ready... For Banana cream Ingredients: 2 Bananas 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract essence 2 tablespoon Vegan butter(optional) Process: Blend them all in a blender nicely like a creamy consistent Apply generously the banana cream on our lovely carrot cake by slicing into half if you want layered cake as shown in picture or just on top of the cake, later our cake goes into freezer for 10 - 15 mins... Now our yum yum Carrot cake with Banana topping cream is ready to serve 😁😁
