Blueberry Paleo Vegan Yogurt Recipe

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup blueberries, rinsed

  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter

  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla (gluten- and alcohol-free)

  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 pinch sea salt

Preparation
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend on high until creamy.

  3. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
