Banana raspberry ice cream

1 avocado

1 tsp maple syrup

4 bananas

3 1/2 can of coconut cream

4 1/2 cups of coconut milk

1 1/2 cups raspberrys

blender

1 Add bananas raspberry syrup coconut cream coconut milk and avocado in blender

2 pour ice cream mixer in loft pan put ice cream in frezzer for 4 hour or over night

3 take ice cream out the next 4 hours or over night

4 wait 20 if you take out in 4 hours wait a few hours if you take it out over night

5 eat injoy
